We will be closed through March 24 for spring break. The schedule for post-spring break will be available starting Monday, March 13. You can book appointments up to two weeks in advance; so every day, a new day of the schedule will become available. We look forward to working with you after break!

Welcome to the Business Communication Center! If you've never met with us before, click on the "register" link to the left to get started.

A few important policy things to note:

(1) We're available to meet with all Kenan-Flagler degree students or students CURRENTLY taking courses in the business school (not including Busi 101). Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to serve non-business students. Misrepresenting yourself when registering for an account is a violation of the Honor Code.

(2) Unless we post an announcement stating otherwise, we limit students to 60 minutes of appointments per week and you can reserve appointments up to 14 days in advance.

(3) You should receive an appointment reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment.

(4) You must make any appointment changes or cancellations at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. After this time, the system will not allow you to make changes and you'll be marked as a no-show. After two no-shows, you will be suspended from using the BCC for three weeks.  Any appointments you already had scheduled during those 3 weeks will be cancelled. 

(5) If you're more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, the consultant may take any walk-ins and you will have forfeited your appointment time.


Can't get an appointment at the time you want? Be sure to add yourself to the waiting list so that you're notified as soon as something opens up. Just click on the clock icon next to the date. Note that we maintain a different waiting list for each day; you can add yourself to multiple waiting lists. Also note that everyone on the waiting list is notified of openings at the same time, so you'll need to log in as soon as possible to secure the spot.

Case interviews: Not all BCC Consultants offer consulting case practice. Before scheduling a case interview, limit the focus on the schedule to consulting case interview  (by clicking on "Limit to" at the top of the page). Also please schedule an hour-long appointment for cases, if at all possible. An hour allows us to both give and fully debrief the case.

What to bring with you to your session: Please bring hard copies of any documents you'd like reviewed. For mock interviews, please bring a hard copy of your resume. If you'd like to be videotaped, you'll need to bring a USB thumb drive that we can transfer recording to.
